Illustrative sequence

A missed call can still become a conversation.

Once setup, consent, and messaging approvals are in place, an automatic text follows an eligible missed call. Your team takes it from there.

Explore missed-call follow-up
  1. Step 01

    Call missed

A homeowner calls while the crew is working.

  2. Step 02

    Text back

A quick, pre-approved text lets the homeowner know you'll follow up.

  3. Step 03

    Team takes over

The reply reaches your team, who handle the conversation and next step.

Roofing contractor working while his phone remains in the truck

The moment the system is built for

You do the work.
Give the next lead a way in.

Your phone buzzes halfway up the ladder. Both hands are full. The homeowner on the other end is ready to book, but voicemail picks up. They call the next contractor before your boots hit the ground. Your website and follow-up should give the next lead a way in while you finish the work in front of you.

Good work deserves
a better follow-up.

The next job can slip away between the first call and your next free minute. Start with these three gaps.

  1. 01 / MISSED CALLS

    The phone rings.
    You are working.

Homeowners don't wait around. If they can't reach you, they call the next contractor. Make it easy to tell you what they need while you're on the job.

  2. 02 / THE WEBSITE

    They find you.
    Then hit a dead end.

Show your work, your service area, and a clear way to request an estimate. Keep the next step easy on a phone.

  3. 03 / PAST CUSTOMERS

    The job ends.
    The relationship should not.

Build a simple post-job rhythm: ask for an honest review, stay top of mind, and make the next call easy when another project comes up.

The Instant Edge System

A front door.
A follow-through.

Your website brings people in. The follow-up system helps your team see the inquiry, respond, and keep the next step clear.

  1. Homeowner sends an inquiry
  2. Your team sees it in one inbox
  3. Follow-up stays visible

Missed-call follow-up

Start the conversation
while you finish the job.

The intended workflow responds to qualifying missed calls and records replies for follow-up. Activation requires a tested platform, call routing, and applicable messaging approvals.

03 / Reviews

Make the ask
part of the job.

A review-request process for completed jobs. The same review link for every customer, with private feedback available alongside it. No promised star rating.

Job complete → request → review link

04 / Past customers

Keep a reason
to reconnect.

Plan seasonal reminders and follow-up around your services. Contact eligibility and consent are checked before any campaign; a past job alone is not permission for marketing texts.

Eligible contacts → campaign → replies

05 / Operating inbox

Know what needs
your attention.

See inquiries, replies, and next steps in the LeadConnector inbox once your account and permissions are configured and tested.

Inquiry → next action → follow-up

These capabilities are in the planned scope; the demo does not mean every feature is active. We confirm readiness in writing, and activate phone, SMS, and campaigns only after configuration, consent, testing, and required approvals.

Illustrative workflow, not a live client conversation. Automated messages and telephone routing require configuration, consent and applicable carrier approvals.

02 / Written risk policy

30-day Answer-First refund policy.

Subscription fees and recoverable sales tax can be refunded under the written policy. Three conditions: attend kickoff, approve required call routing, and respond to the leads delivered. Third-party costs are excluded.

The window normally begins at purchase. If messaging registration is pending on day 30, it extends to 30 days after registration is approved and active. Read the full Refund Policy.

03 / A straightforward exit

Clear ownership. A clear exit.

Cancel future renewals by email. You may request an export of available client-controlled contacts and conversation data. Domains registered in your business name remain yours; IES-managed domain registration, billing, ownership, and transfer are set out in your written agreement. Hosted services and automations stop when service ends. A prepaid annual term runs through its paid period after the refund window.

Straight answers
before you book.

Not necessarily. We review your current site first. If it already gives homeowners a clear path to contact you, we identify the follow-up gaps and confirm which changes are needed. Domain registration and any transfer terms are confirmed in writing.

Provide your business details, service area, photos, and required access through the agreed process. Attend kickoff and the launch walkthrough, then respond to the inquiries that reach you. We handle the agreed implementation and explain the small number of actions you need to use.

After enrollment through an approved payment path, you complete a short intake and kickoff. The core-build planning target is roughly 7–10 business days once required inputs, access, and prerequisites are ready. We review the work together before launch. Messaging has separate setup, testing, and approval requirements.

The plan covers a premium contractor website (typically 7–10 core pages, scoped before build), quote/chat capture, lead-follow-up setup, missed-call response setup, neutral review requests, consent-based referral and repeat-customer campaigns, on-site SEO, and a LeadConnector inbox. Automated features require verified setup and applicable approvals. Tax and pass-through usage or registration costs are extra. The annual option is $2,997, paid up front, which saves $567 versus twelve monthly payments.

You retain any domain registered in your name and can request an export of available client-controlled contact and conversation data. IES-managed domains follow the ownership and transfer terms in your written agreement. Hosted services and automations stop when service ends. Email billing@instantedgesystems.com to stop future renewals. After the refund window, prepaid annual service runs to its paid end date without proration.

The monthly plan has no long-term commitment or cancellation fee, though you agree to the written Terms of Service. You can cancel at any time by emailing billing@instantedgesystems.com; service continues through the paid period and future renewals stop. The yearly plan is prepaid for 12 months. An eligible subscription-fee refund may be requested within 30 days of the original purchase under the Answer-First policy, with an extension if messaging registration is still pending. After that window, you can stop the next renewal, but the unused annual term is not prorated or refunded.

Terms of Service · Full Refund Policy

The 30-day Answer-First refund policy covers subscription fees and recoverable sales tax, subject to attending kickoff, approving required call routing, and responding to delivered leads. Third-party costs are excluded. The window normally begins at purchase; if messaging registration is pending on day 30, it extends to 30 days after registration is approved and active. The roughly 7–10 business-day build range is a planning target, not a money-backed delivery guarantee. Any separate missed-call service commitment applies only under its written Terms after activation and verification. Leads, rankings, booked jobs, and revenue are not guaranteed.

Full Refund Policy · Terms of Service

The offer is designed for home-service contractors who receive homeowner inquiries and have someone ready to follow up. Roofing, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, landscaping, and remodeling are examples. We check your trade, team, service area, and current tools on the audit. Commercial-only procurement or a business without inbound homeowner inquiries may need a different approach.

Contractor-focused implementation, a practical focus on speed to lead, and direct owner accountability. DeCarlo Mendoza is a U.S. Army veteran who is responsible for your scope and build.
